Axis Apartment purchase
Recently I have purchased an apartment and through out the purchase Ruzel and Samantha helped me a lot to make the process very smooth and easy for me. Alec was alway at the end of the phone to answer any queries, if he didn’t have the information to hand he’d get back to us straight away once he had the answers. Both Alec and Samantha have both been very personable and patient with our purchase.

I don’t often write reviews unless the service received is exceptional. I was extremely nervous about purchasing a property as a first time investor and I almost didn’t go through with it on a number of occasions. But Luke from Aspen and Woolf gave me the confidence to do so. Helped me feel comfortable with the fact that sometimes you have to take a little risk to accumulate and grow. He reassured me every step of the way and was always on call if I needed anything answered or just needed some more reassurance. The team navigated me through the complexity of exchanging contracts when you are over seas. And prompted me for dates and deadlines. I am looking forward to the finished apartment in September and feel confident I have a great unit and more so a great investment. Thank you Luke for all your help and support! Investment purchase
I initially contacted them for investment purchase. Overall their communication has been good but halfway through the initial contact person left and not through their fault there was a delay from the sellers in terms of info requested
In the end we managed to close the dela and exchange but not in our initial expected time frame

Great Aspen Woolf Experience…
We just recently exchanged on our second investment property with Aspen Woolf.
Its always a pleasure dealing with these guys, always professional and exceeding expectations.
Big thanks to Georgina from the progressions team, always on hand to help and very efficient.
My last special mention is to our consultant Ruzel. He has been assisting me, my family also friends all who are investors for last 3 years now. He makes purchasing properties seamless. I had the pleasure of meeting him recently when he drove to Bracknell to show me and my family around the property we had purchased. Quite the gentleman he is, even drove us back to London.
Ruzel is very knowledgeable and has years of experience and I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking investment property in the UK.
