Bought this vacuum clearly on bogus reviews, paid £179.00 for an absolute dud! It doesn't have any suction, picks up nothing. Website says they are always there to help! Error nope that's a lie too! Rubbish! DO NOT BUY

Cheapest hoover I have ever seen . I have bought this never happy with that . You through your money away . I don’t normally leave bad feedback .
I am fed up with this product , no power to clean at all , battery goes dead vary quick and so on ……

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I retured the vacum ckesner due to ordering snd then reading terrible reports. Telephone and email were false so couldn't get hold of anyone. Returned to the return address and nothing back. Got my bank onto it and finally got contact and it went round snd round and they denied having it back and kept saying I should of sent it back to China. I never did get a refund and the case closed. Shocking company and shocking customer service. Do not buy!!!!

I have been attempting to obtain a refund for almost a year now but to no avail just metaphorical brick walls in every direction. My focus now is to try to get this company closed down as they are still fleecing customers today. For those of you who may be interested I have filmed my complaint with Rip Off Britain and the episode is due to be screened on BBC 1 at 9.30 am on the 28th May 2024. So if you are like me, and would like to see this outfit gone, tune in and continue to flood the various media with your complaints. Good luck.

Received this vacume it did not pick up or dismantle easy, constantly got blocked. I asked to return it within the return policy time. I was then sent videos and pictures on how to correct the problem. Non worked and I sent my own videos and pictures back. Now it's out of the return agreement so they say there's nothing can be done. The customer service team just boomerangs every e mail until we passed the policy return deadline. Its disgusting behaviour, nobody has money to throw about these days and yet this company has now left me with a vacume that doesn't work and no return procedure.

I just can't believe this bogus company is still going. I stupidly bought their piece of utter crap last August based on a fake review from a fake engineer and quickly realised I had been conned. 9 months later I was curious to see if it had been shut down. Sadly it hasn't. I wrote to Action Fraud hoping it would take the website down but it was a waste of time. No idea who can help shut these fraudsters down so they stop stealing people's hard earned cash. Why are they allowed to get away with it!

Have nothing to do with this company. They refuse to refund, do not adhere to their refund policy stated on their web site. This vacuum is nothing short of a child’s toy. Please… avoid them like the plague!

I'm very happy with this vacuum and would recommend it if you need a convenient, lightweight vacuum that gets the job done quickly.

This is a scam company supplying a product which doesn't work. They won't give you a refund and have non existent customer service. They also use a scam review site to recommend their product. Use your credit card company to get a refund and report them to trading standards.

This is perhaps the worst product out there.
They refuse to accept that it is rubbish.
If you ask for money back you won’t get it.

Junk product! Dont buy.
Easy to order and the product was delivered very fast. However, the quality is rubbish and doesn’t pick up much. I’ve emailed the company for a refund within 14 days and I’ve not heard from them for a week even though I’ve sent them multiple emails. Eventually, i arranged for my credit company to refund me which they did. At this point Aspirato contacted me and offered me a 50% discount but I refused so Aspirato asked me to return the product to China which cost me £40.65 via Royal Mail. Aspirato said they will re-imburse me for the postage, lets wait and see if they will honor this once delivery of returns is completed.

I bought a vacuum cleaner in February. The dust cap broke immediately and it is therefore unusable. Despite contacting the company, this has not been rectified. I have tried to buy a replacement part online but it is out of stock. My emails to them are now bouncing back, so there is no way of contacting them. Their own website shows only 4/5 star reviews for this product which is clearly incorrect. My one star review is not shown. In my experience the company is untrustworthy and the purchase was a total waste of money.

Absolute scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I made the mistake of buying one of these vacuums in early October 2023. I did not read the reviews until a few hours after I made the purchase and realised I'd fallen for a scam. I contacted my bank to try and cancel the transaction, and they said they had already authorised it, but that Aspirato had not processed the payment so there was still time for them to cancel it. I contacted Aspirato and requested they cancel the transaction and they refused.

The vacuum arrived around a week later. I cannot comment on the product as I did not open the box as I had already bought a vacuum from a reputable source. I then got caught in a time-wasting cycle of emails with Aspirato where they evaded my requests for the returns address so I could get a refund. This went on for months, and over 200 emails were exchanged.

I raised a claim with my bank, explaining that Aspirato were operating outside of the Consumer Rights Act by making it impossible to get the refund that I was legally entitiled to. Aspirato contacted me to provide the returns address, so I spent around £10 on returning it (to a UK address, not the warehouse in China they kept referring to). Over 6 months on, I still do not have the refund. They have stopped replying to my emails. A total waste of time and money.

I am nearly £200 out of pocket and stunned at how awful this company is. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
