I booked a taxi to get to Stansted Airport from Harlow leaving at 6.10 in the morning. I made the booking the night before. The car didn't arrive and I had to call a number of times before I could speak to somebody and get a car to come. It was at least 6.45 before the car arrived. In the end, I managed to get my flight without any problem but it was a nerve-wracking experience as it would have meant the difference between catching or missing my flight. I'm grateful for the effort people made to arrange to get a car to me but it shouldn't really have been necessary for me to call in the first place. The taxi ride itself was perfect, so thank you again to the driver.

Driver turned up on time at 00:45am. We had 2x Pick Up Locations and driver communicated brilliantly as he was picking up my friend first but the taxi was in my name. Super helpful, very smooth ride to the airport. Confirmed the driver and booking on the day also beforehand. Thank you ASSA Cars once again for your service.

due to the taxi driver's lung problem, he drove with the window open. we were therefore forced to suffer for an hour in the cold wind, we weren’t warned of this beforehand. it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I have used Assa cars recently for picking up my non-english speaking parents from the Stansted airport and my experience over-achieved my expectations.

The communication with the office and driver was top notch and as a bonus my parents had managed to have a Tesla as their pick up car.

Booked in advance and they didn’t show up. Ignored my calls for 20 minutes, whilst me and 3 women were waiting outside a closed wedding venue in the middle of nowhere in the cold.

When I finally got through to them after calling maybe 20 times, they made up a story about having a breakdown (classic minicab excuse), then said there was nobody else that could pick us up.

I can’t believe the lack of empathy this company had for us in our situation, bunch of amateurs that I wouldn’t recommend you use if the trip is essential.

I’ve used Assa Cars for over 3 years now. I travel a lot with my work and it is always very reassuring to know Assa are always waiting for me at the airport with a smile. It is the most reliable taxi service I’ve ever known. They are always available whenever I call them, always on time, the drivers are always very polite and courteous, the cars are always top quality and clean and their prices are very good. I highly recommend Assa and I never use any other taxi firm. My family and friends also use Assa because they are the most reliable firm you can use.

Excellent service to the airport. My driver contacted me the day before my journey to confirm everything and gave me piece of mind. On arrival my driver was early and called me to let me know he was here. Excellent communication and I got to the airport in plenty of time. Will definitely recommend and will be using ASSA cars for future journeys as very reliable and excellent customer service!

Good communication as well as easy booking. Driver came on time but not helpful at all at the airport. Parked far from trolleys although there were spaces near. Just stood outside the car watching a 70 year old lady struggle. So company ok but should instruct drivers to be more helpful where needed.
