I'd give Assetz Capital chat/help line 5 stars easily! Although Peer to Peer lending isn't for me, the platform was reliable and easy to use with the help of the chat line function

Assetz Capital promise investors they have several securities on their investments but then fad away to nothing. They also over value property's by twice the value in my experience and then the investment fails and Assetz Capital have said that this is because house prises have dropped by as much as 30% in some cases over the last couple of years and then they charge an absolute fortune in fee's to recovery your money so investors end up with a great loss. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Plus they will not share your questions on the Questions and Answers tab if you question them about their mistakes

I needed some help withdrawing funds and reconfiguring my online instructions today. The online operative was very helpful and guided me to all the information I needed.

40% reduction in my investment level, not able to withdraw money 11 months, cash withdrawal queue changed then changes again , default forecasts totally inadequate and grossly understated , management liquidity support ( shareholders funds) totally inadequate . Nightmare. never again. Thought they were going bust .They lend money at 8% and pay investors 4%??? High to very high risk

I opened a P2P account with Assetz Capital, at the start of the year, I tried to contact them by phone, couldn't get through. So spoke on line, asked how long the cash drag was, they refused to tell me. So as a test I deposited a £100 and set up the instruction to invest. Three months later, it's still not invested, this time I managed to get through on the phone, they still refuse to give any idea of cash drag time. So I've with with drawn the test money and gone to another P2P lender who is using my money. Assetz Capital refusal to give any idea of cash drag is unacceptable in this market.

Recently transferred money in Assetz IFISA cash ccount to Loanpad IFISA. All done in a matter of days! Very impressive compared with past experience with banks. Well done both, and thanks

I have had great pleasure in dealing with this company over the last week or so they have been exceptionnally efficient and helpful. I wish all companies were able to offer this level of customer service at present. With their telephone and online chat system they have made it so easy to communicate with clients.

It is a great investment platform. Today I wanted to withdraw some funds and the chat help with co-browsing option (the agent can access remotely your screen and shows you exactly what to do) was so helpful! I often judge different companies by the customer service I receive and this one was excellent!

Used support via the chat facility to check I’d set up the account correctly. Wendy in support checked out my settings and confirmed all was good, so was ready to go, only took a few moments, no great wait for Wendy to come online on the chat facility, unlike the 60min wait on my credit card helpline!
