Love the prices for professional cycling gear. Fast service. Only wish the sizing were a little more detail on Assos gear. I am a good sized rider and have to guess my size. Sizing based on height is tough because I weight more than the standard European person my height. Otherwise all good.

I don't buy Assos products from any other retailer. Plain and simple, their prices are unbeatable! As an outlet store I realize that product availability varies and all products will not be available in my size at all times. That said, I always find enough variety to keep me satisfied.

The prices are great, and I have never had an issue with shipping. I'm sold and whenever I want something from Assos, this is where I look. Over the years I've made about six purchases and have not had an issue.

You have great prices but you never have medium sizes. Shipping is fast and accurate. I would have purchased several bibs if you had sizes in a medium.

in my order 100038250 I have ordered several positions, but 1 was delivered wrongly (your fault and it was exchanged) and one was wrong size(my fault).
I have written to your Info Enail adress 3 times (on 22.1 + 24.1. + 29.1) if we can agree about return package, but there was NO REPLY AT ALL.
3 Emails...not even one feedback.

You should really reconsider if you are dealing your customers appropritae ! And your propaganda about contacting info@email is also absurd.

I know this won't change the way you work, but this way , slowly, you will loose us.

Is there any gift you offer to customers when they do not get satisfaction ? Surprise me, if you can…

Every time i buy from the AssosFactoryOutlet, the service and quality of goods, is spot on. The pricing, is competitive, they are very clear, on the stock levels, and helpful with sizes. Delivered quickly, i really can't fault them. I'm happy. I am not connected to the business, other than as a customer.

Products are as advertised. I have ordered from them a few times, and would again.

I have been using Assos for some years now, so I am very familiar with the brand.

However, in recent years the sizing has been somewhat inconsistent.
I had TWO goes at their 'SS.CAPEEPIC XC JERSEY_EVO7 NATIONAL RED'. BOTH FAILED.
That is bad; very bad.

DETAIL: I bought this jersey in my usual size, "L" [my chest is 105 cm]. In previous purchases an "L" was fine but now its different.
So, I bought a second, "XL" size. This should sort the issue out easily, I thought. After all, I am 105 cm chest and the "XL" is for 110 cm. Roomy, eh? Nope.

The "XL" arrived, SLOWLY; too slowly for the cost of shipping, in my view. And the 'tracking' was pathetic.

Anyway, the "XL" arrived. But agonisingly, the "XL" was significantly SMALLER, yes, SMALLER, than the "L"!
"Come on!" I thought, in exasperation.
I mean, how can the BIGGER labelled size ["XL"] be SIGNIFICANTLY SMALLER than the "L"?
Is it a QUALITY CONTROL issue?

There is no point buying goods that are incorrectly or inconsistently sized. For the customer it is not economical in the end.
Returns, consequently, become financially punitive and future business lost.

As for styling, in vain do we find the styling of other top brands. These days, Assos is just SO PLAIN in so many of its offerings.
And when the style guru is called in, I mean check it out, the result is OTT in garishness and price.

Historically, Assos is a high end brand but pricing, sizing and styling need serious attention.

Check out the competition. Overtake them. Or, be left behind.
