The team was great; it was my first move where nothing was broken. Everything was packed up well, individual plates bubble wrapped and packed properly. Over all a stress free house move.

This is to accurately respond to the response from Astra removals. In an attempt not to further lower your average I have left this review as 5 stars review but that does not mean it is a 5 star review.

Firstly, 0840hrs to 1400hrs is not under 4 hours. It is 5 hours and 20 minutes. Secondly, you were not packing that day, that happened the day before. Third, you video called me. It was explained and apparent what was required and you agreed to it. Next, you did destroy the wardrobe. It doesnt stand up without the support of a wall anymore. If I could leave photos, I would. You did repay me, sure, £40 for a £1600 wardrobe. £40 for a clock that is irreplaceable. You did also compensate me, £20, to move wardrobes up 2 flights of stairs alone, to reconstruct furniture you had taken apart and to finish the job you promised to do. Even your movers who were there asked me to sign the paperwork showing it wasn't completed as agreed and I'm sure you still have this paperwork. Finally, we lived on the first floor. And there was a lift. You have no excuses, the service was poor, you failed to make it right. Meeting your liability is far from making it right, it's meeting a minimum. I promised I would leave a review reflecting the service i received and I have done just that.

Their turn up was quick and very sociable. Packaging and packing was spot on.

Communication throughout, helped pack the last few bits we couldn't finish wasn't a problem for them. All items made it in the same condition the left in. Floors were covered to prevent them getting ruined. Friendly chatty guys, sadly our kettle was packed so couldn't offer any refreshments.

I was greeted by two very professional, positive and helpful individuals, Dan and Dan. These two worked with a positive attitude and were very helpful in making my move and smooth as possible. Would highly recommend and am happy to give praise to the company and these two individuals for their work ethic.

Movers were organised, both pick up and delivery was fast and considerate. The movers arrived when they said they would so there was no waiting around.

Everything went really smooth and faster than I expected. The movers were really polite, friendly and professional with their job.

They also managed to deliver the goods earlier for my efficiency, as per my request.

One kitchen cupboard got missed and glass was left there after removals were completed.
Did not provide boxes prior pickup for beforehand self packing and did not collect boxes after the move for recycle despite offering such service.

The initial communication was very good, followed up with clear and easy to understand emails. The moving teams were friendly and courteous, looking after our possessions and handling everything with care from start to finish.

Such friendly staff, great contact from the team before and during the process. Able to do it faster for me which was very much appreciated. They have all the kit and very professional with your belongings. Would absolutely recommend to people and use myself again.

Tried to contact about broken disability equipment but couldn’t get hold of them for months then told me “I waited too long”. Was told they replied to email but after searching for the email in every inbox nothing came up. Also sent wrong size van which didn’t fit in location. Actual movers themselves were nothing but polite and careful which is appreciated.
