I purchased the Fama Elastic Nylon Sports Strap to go on holiday with a couple of weeks before we were due to go. is arrived two week after we had returned. the strap has only lasted a month and has started to fray And fall apart. don’t buy the Elastic Nylon straps poor quality product

These watch straps are amazing, very very good quality, the fabric braided band with the buckle is so comfortable, it’s become my new favourite! The Milanese strap in silver is very constructed, magnetic is strong and again very comfortable to wear. I will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend

too complicated to give a full refund ?
I ordered a number of items which I understood would fit my iPhone - all received, all lovely but far too small for my wrist. Contacted company straightaway and since then (two weeks ago) had several emails off them offering discounts to keep them. I have explained they are absolutely no use to me and I am surprised they are so unwilling to give a full discount - apparently it's too complicated (?) so I've given up and accepted but still waiting for confirmation of refund.
