What a breath of fresh air.
I became an accidental landlord and had had bad experiences with both tenants and letting agencies. I considered giving it all up but had a recommendation from a friend so decided to give it one more go with Atkins Residential.
Communication has been good, very friendly and responsive, advertising and tenancy commencement all went smoothly and was sorted very quickly.
There haven’t been any adverse situations to deal with yet but that could be linked to good tenant vetting. But the best part is the value for money. Prices are very reasonable and transparent and no VAT on top.
