How you behave in life is a reflection of how you behave in business. Director C Bowerman is not to be trusted. On 18th of August 2025 he crashed into my car in Cardiff, clearly at fault as he was trying to cut traffic when he drove straight on in a left turning lane. He first came across as apologetic and understanding, however 3 weeks later he has not provided his business insurance details or made any offer or effort to repair my car. He has essentially ghosted me. Now ask yourself this, would you want someone like that on your housing project?
Trust goes a long way, and you Mr Bowerman have shown yourself to be perfidious!

I do not wish to discredit any individuals who have used this company or their views. I am however saddened that consumers have been mislead by Atlantic Dwellings Ltd. If any prospective future clients wish to read relative portions of the judges comments from the court transcript, I am happy to provide these. The court process revealed information concerning the quality of workmanship via independent professions opinions, and poor practice, which we would otherwise have been ignorant of.
All I wish for consumers is a pleasant building experience with trusted contractors.

Having had a bad experience with the first builder we engaged for our project we turned to Atlantic Dwellings who had previously been highly recommended by several friends and neighbours.
The difference between them and the previous builder has been like night and day. Paul and Christian are true professionals - communication is clear and easy, and they obviously have a lot of experience and great solutions to various issues encountered along the way.
Steve, the site manager is also excellent, and unlike other construction companies there has been a minimum of two workers on site every day since they started. All work undertaken to date has been of the highest quality, and where we have requested changes these have been undertaken without issue, even when not straightforward.
The work is progressing well within discussed timescales and even with the delay of having to change builder, it looks as though it will be finished earlier than anticipated.
At the end of each day the site is left organised and tidy. The level of organisation is fantastic - there is a white board up on the wall which details all work being done that week, with a section for client questions and comments, and all documents and photos are regularly uploaded to the Builder Trend app. Paul arranges regular site meetings so that we can discuss progress and iron out any details.
I am so glad that we decided to use Atlantic Dwellings - my only regret is that we didn’t appoint them in the first instance.
