One of the worst bank to work with in Portugal, this bank close customers account without giving any prior notice. I recently received money into my Atlantico Account, the bank asked about the fund origin, i provided the documentation and without even say anything. They closed my account

Just spent 40 minutes trying to open a bank account. After uploading all my documents and filling in all the forms the process fails on the last hurdle which is video authentication. The operator never responded to the call.
I finished the process of "account opening" 2 weeks ago, and I still haven´t received my IBAN, if you contact them they just close the chat or say "YOU HAVE TO WAIT", there is this guy Junior something in the support channel that have no clue about anything, I don´t even want to think how is like once the accoount is open,
Cannot even open an account. They say it "takes 20 minutes" but I have been trying for 5 hours now. The final video authentication just does not work. They cannot hear me. Lately I cannot hear them. Then they cut me off and I queue for another hour. I tried ringing and emailing and nobody can explain what is going on. This is SOOOO FRUSTRATING.
Avoid at all costs. Admin is terrible. Pricing is constantly changing. They've unduly blacklisted me on the whole financial sector for a membership fee of a credit card which I have never received nor activated. Despite my best efforts, they can't fix the mistake. Total incompetence and this is causing my problems with other banks! I've been trying to close my account with them, but they can't even manage to do that.
