Shady business with good credit card, shady practices, and useless support

Rejects credit card applications without any explanation (I'm permanently employed full-time, pay taxes, have financial stability, purchased a house, and have multiple credit cards) and blocks you from reapplying within 4 months, i.e. if you make a mistake or someone else unsuccessfully applies with your fiscal ID, you're blocked for 4 months (!).

No support e-mail address on their website (red flag).

Started another application 4+ months later and gave up before finishing it. They started calling me multiple times a day. Routed their number to my voicemail recording requesting e-mail contact. They ignore and continue calling me multiple times a day (15 times within 1 week (!)).

Replies messages requesting you call instead of addressing your concerns directly.

Requires you spend €5000+ and call toll number to redeem points (!).

Requires mailed letter to change direct debit account/IBAN (?!), then requires you call after you send all required documentation.

Introduces and raises multiple credit card fees by as much as 150% (!) ~5 months after granting you a credit card (!).

App has no contact (!) and didn't let me approve a PayPal card verification transaction, getting my card blocked (!).

Website hung and locked me out of my account when I tried to contact support and listed a toll number (?!).

Charges €5.46 for withdrawing €30 (!).

Cannot cancel card in app or website, must contact support and wait (~1 month and counting in my case).

Treats all MB WAY transactions as quasi-cash and charges commission on all of them.

Charges ~2% commission fee + ~0.1% stamp duty + ~2% international processing commission + ~0.1% stamp duty for transactions in USD.

Update (08/19/2025): Couldn't access my account. Sent e-mail. They replied requesting I contact them within my account (?!).
