Bad service
I've been using this service for 10 years and it always got worse and lately the App was redesigned with lots of bugs and i lost my cashback and i can't access my account/app after these changes as it says my NIF/postal code is not correct but it is. Customer service couldn't help and after weeks trying to solve issues i just opted to cancel my credit card but even that is very hard as i contacted via phone but they couldn't help me and recommended using the contact form on the site which i did one week ago and opened 4 cases already without any reply but the automated reply acknowledging my contact.
