Awful Support Flow

I hope that no one ever has issues with them because the support email is AWFUL. Everything needs to be a new email. They do not allow for a thread and you can't even reply to the same email because they do no set the reply-to.

Dishonest business with shady practices

Charges fees on € transactions with european institutions.

Gives you dodgy exchange rates, pockets the difference, and sneaks more fees on top of that.

No chargebacks, must contact the fraudster if you're defrauded.

Issues using Google Pay and virtual cards. No solution after several months and multiple e-mails, just asks questions, forwards you to the merchant (which, apparently, only has issues with Unicre cards), and ignores you.

Sends campaign messages, then refuses your participation because you allegedly don't fulfill a requirement you fulfill.

Surreptitiously discontinues points program with a notice on a newsletter you unsubscribed.

Suddenly and unilaterally blocks your credit card for no apparent or understandable reason and without explanation or justification.

Validates transactions that surpass your credit limit and charges you commission on the surplus (!).

Requests loads of financial information including payslips for salaries you didn't yet receive, then denies your credit card application and refuses to explain why while requesting you let them know if the situation they refuse to explain changes (?!) despite you being employed full-time definitively, owning a house without mortgage, and having no debt nor kids (!).

Denies chargebacks because you approved the transaction despite Visa and the publicly-available Visa Claims Resolution list stating you're eligible for one if you receive goods not as described/specified or defective.
