Fantastic service each time I visit
I have received fantastic service each time I have visited Atlantic Timber in Altrincham. Most recently, I needed wood cutting to dimensions to make a fuse box cover for my homeware studio. Martin helped me and the wood was cut to dimensions. I was also advised which accessories to use for assembling. Super pleased and highly recommend Atlantic Timber, thank you so much! Nina

I could not buy the size of wood I wanted locally and Atlantic Timber had it in stock. The order arrived 2 days after ordering and was very well protected - all in all I was very impressed with the service and happy to give 5 stars.

Ordered a veneered panel to replace a section of a broken wardrobe door. Perfect match and cut to size. Delivery was very expensive though, but still cheaper overall than replacing a whole door.

I ordered some wood from this company for me to collect, between ordering the wood and possible collection I suffered a couple of heart attacks so I was unable to go ahead and collect the wood or proceed with the intended project, I informed the company of my predicament via email and enquiring as to a how I could get a possible refund.needless to say I didn’t hear anything from them, so lesson learnt I won’t be using this company at all should I need to purchase any timber in the future,

Good response and pushed back on their supplier when needed but could have communicated and kept me updated better. It lead to a week delay on a replacement door.
