Waiting since mid-April for my package…
Waiting since mid-April for my package - understand out-of-stock situations but have called 3 times and told exactly the same thing - "your order is now complete and ready for shipment". Last call tried to cancel order but again could not because order was out for delivery - could not get a tracking and have never received a shipment notification by email. At least change the story!! They need a new script!! Worst customer service I have ever seen!!

Cancelling the charges
Placed an order after a mail drop with a glossy brochure. That was back in April - the parcel has not even been picked up by Canada Post yet! Won't order again, will wait another week then reverse charges on the credit card.

I placed an order with an original ship…
I placed an order with an original ship date of April 24. Now I am told that they are victims of their own success and that there are shipping delays. I am beginning to believe that I am the victim here as I have already been charged for the items and the credit card payment is due before I have the items. As an UPDATE to my original post I was unable to cancel the order because it was suddenly being shipped. The company decided to ship most of the items now and the final one soon. The correct items were received in the proper colour and size.

Poor customer service!!!
Made 2 purchases on april 16/21. Have sent 2 emails requesting help for issues with orders. Have not heard a thing from the company. I can't even find out if these orders are bring sent to me. Wanted to order for family members if these products were decent but don't think that's a possibility.

Customer service in Canada is a Joke
Customer service in Canada is definitely a joke. I have tried to find out if and when my order will be shipped. The shipping days to receive this is 3 to 10 working days. We are now at day day 9 (6 working days) and after 35 minutes waiting on the phone they can't tell me if the order is picked never mind when it will be shipped. Their reply to my inquiry is "well we are very busy with this sale we have on". Being in customer service for many years I explained that that is not MY problem but yours. No one answered my Question when will you ship?

Returning goods
My father ordered 2 pairs of trousers from Atlas which never arrived, so we re-ordered the trousers which arrived but then the original order arrived. We returned the trousers by the Atlas courier but Atlas claim they have never received the goods. He has now had a debt collection company to try to collect the overdue monies which is not even due. He would be happy for the return courier costs but for me this is a very unprofessional way for the company to conduct its busy as its caused a lot of stress and he will never use them again.

Returned items as I found the quality to be poor , spent 4 weeks trying to get my refund , I had paid signed for Royal Mail, sent numerous requests for payment , to no avail, automated replies but no follow ups eventually had to go through PayPal , received refund after intervention

This is a very disappointing experience and I could not recommend them to anyone. No one answers the phone ( day or night) it simply cuts out after a 6 minute holding time!
I have written 3 times to customer service..no replies!
Place an order 5 weeks ago, as soon as it came ( all too big) I returned immediately 2 half weeks ago for exchange...still waiting.
ALSO no free gift arrived as promised AND I was charged postage even though my order was above the required threshold
Think that’s enough....just too awful.
I am so glad they’re obviously just too busy, aren’t they lucky....,,
