Problems running AtlasVPN.
Had problems getting AtlasVPN running correctly. After an on-line chat with Webster (from the Atlas VPN support) he quickly solved my problem. He was very quick and efficient with his responses and got to the heart of problems really quickly. Would not hesitate to contact Atlas support again if it was needed.

Still no update from Atlas
Despite ATLAS VPN saying that they'd look into my case straight away, 16 days on there still hasn't been a response.
We are now more than 2 months on from my purchase and I still haven't been supplied with any log-in information. Therefore I will continue to write an update, every couple of weeks giving them 1 star until the issue is sorted.
Once again for Atlas, tickets raised are:
Original ticket ID 25/11/2022: 116944
2nd ticket ID 20/12/2022: 123662
3rd ticket ID 29/12/2022: 126287
Update:
In response to the comment from atlas below, if I have received emails from hello@atlasv*n.com and no-reply@atlasv*n.com then I am receiving emails from you. How very odd that YOU state that I can't, and no, nothing in the spam folder.
Also how would I have received support ticket numbers from you?
I will contact you from a different email address and if your product is as good as your support, I'll be wanting a full refund.

As we can see that we have replied to all of each of your tickets within a few hours. Have you checked your spam folder?
Your account is fully active on the email mentioned. However, the fact that you are not receiving your account activation link and our responses, indicates there might be an issue with your email domain.
My suggetstion would be to either contacting your domain administrator and ask to whitelist emails coming from atlasvpn.com or email us from another email address, that has more common domain and we will take care of email change.
Our apologies and let's fix it!
No connection
AtlasVPN very fast to take you money - but thats the only thing they are fast at. No connection.
Unfortunately paid for 2 years.
