Such a Pain
Such a Pain. used it for a month was not satisfied so tried to cancel my subscription I then spent around 3 hours looking up how to do it when it turned out you need to fill out a form and send it to them which I then did and was followed by another couple of emails trying to keep me to stay with them and completely ignoring the form I had sent in. this went on for a week so now I've just been charged another £8 again. Makes you think just how careful you have to be online when companies can just take advantage like this. There are no call numbers and the customer service is horrendous. Highly recommend not bothering with these guys there scam artists.

Their policy is 30 day money back guarantee but they don't honor it
Their policy is 30 day money back guarantee. I bought a subscription yesterday because I believed that if the vpn was not compatible, I would be refunded. Atlas vpn disconnects smart view preventing casting. The main reason I need the vpn is for when casting from my phone to my tv. They mention on their website live chat but it's hidden/invisible and their email messages take a day to reply back to customers. I would have been happy if they just refunded my payment since Atlas vpn is useless to me but instead I needed to contact PayPal to step in to help me get refunded. I do not recommend Atlas vpn.
