Great app and great support when eventually something does go wrong.

All VPN's are the same, right? Well, NO. They are NOT. 2 things separate them and are REQUIRED by me choosing a quality VPN: 1. Simplicity, and 2. Response to my questions. Atlas has both. I am NOT a computer engineer. I just want it to work! But, when it doesn't (most of the time, it's my fault), I want answers QUICKLY. Atlas ticked both boxes for me. Thank you, Atlas.

This company is a scam! Don't buy any subscriptions from them. Their service does not work. I have zero internet when their vpn is activated on my devices. PLUS They don't refund!! Instead they try to keep you content with offers that make no sense. I paid with paypaI so I opened a case with PayPal in order to have them help me solve this issue. Atlas VPN now claims that my money is being blocked by PayPal and they cannot make a refund as long as PayPal is involved. Atlas VPN asks me to close my case with PayPal because only then are they able to make a refund. I contacted PayPal and they assure me that atlas vpn is not telling the truth, Atlas VPN can fully refund at any moment! Plus Paypal warned me that if I close my case with PayPal, I cannot reopen this case and PayPal will no longer be able to help me out, if Atlas VPN refuses to pay the refund in the end. And from reading all the reviews here, it is very clear they never issue a refund! ATLAS VPN IS A BIG SCAM!

Do not use this vpn it is impossible to cancel your subscription manually you have to email them and even then they are slow at replying and do not cancel it when they say they do. I requested multiple refunds well within the 30 day money back guarantee and they offered me coupons instead of refunding I am so disappointed tried multiple vpns before this and have never experienced this kind of service.
