The best VPN I've ever used!

Great, flexible VPN that will keep your tunnel secure on any platform - had a bit of trouble initially, but Monica solved my problem immediately! Excellent and elegant solution! Best service ever.

Whether you'll have a good experience with this VPN is purely based on which operating system you have

This VPN claims to support all operating systems (Linux, Windows and Mac) however in my experience it only works well on windows.

I installed this VPN on Linux, Windows and Mac, then on each device I went to whatismyip.com to find out if the VPN is actually working. On windows it works perfectly, however Linux and Mac is a completely different story.

The Linux version of the VPN doesn't even attempt to hide your actual IP address, and on Mac it was hit and miss which location it decided to show.

I had the premium version and tested standard, streaming, SafeSwap and MultiHop. None of which worked reliably outside of Windows.

Absolute rubbish VPN

Absolute rubbish VPN, it worked fine for 4 weeks for streaming UK TV and then ITVX picked it up, now all UK channels have picked up the fact I live in Spain. Their CS is appalling as apparently the streaming is a spin off from the security aspect they sell it for and cannot be taken for granted. They told me to try another server, there are only 2 sites offered in the UK, London & Manchester how many servers they have at each the would not say but as I can only click on one or the other I fail to see how i could try another server. The security site must be in doublt too as Sports Direct asked me if I wanted their Spanish website and so did Next UK. All in all a terrible experience that I will not be repeating.

Your ticket number is 153501.

Hello, Andrew!

Thank you for your review. We have more than one server under any given location, so connecting to it a few times, would change your IP. Regarding other websites indicating the wrong location, we would need to check if your connection is not leaking.

Could you please indicate the support ticket ID, so we can see if the case was handled correctly?

Thank you!

Atlas are not a genuine company

Atlas are not a genuine company, they may have had a mickey mouse vpn in operation, , then they went on a major advertising campaign to attract new customers for which they have neither the bandwidth nor the quality of equipment to provide service to.
