There was a bug which prevented me from using the windows app correctly, so I emailed them. A day later, I got an answer with steps I should try. I tried them and everything was fine again.

I’m flabbergasted. Signed up for a Premium account and then was not able to sign into the account to even see if I like the service. I’ve sent multiple emails at nothing! I paid for premium but can’t access chat for premium users because I can’t log in! I give them one more day then I’ll have to demand a refund. I just want VPN service!

They are very fast in replying my query. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my 3-year subscription because they don't have the server where I wish to watch my Netflix from.

It did not work as intended and even though they advertise "live chat" there is none, it directs you to an email from which is claimed to have "24/7 service" but you don't get a reply within 24hours either. If you try to use their guaranteed 30day refund, you get no reply. Had to claim back through PayPal. Beware!

Cant get into my bank, email blocked, cant do the lottery, several other non declared frustrations and inadequecies such as continually disconnecting for no apparent reason, now doesnt recognise me and I cant log in. Never have I had such an app that is so user unfriendlly, and not fit for purpose. Sent an email to 'support' and it has been ignored. ' , I have now sent a total of 4 emails over the last month and each one has been similarly ignored by the ‘Support’ people at the ‘Help’ desk. They have taken my subscription money and have not, at any time, provided a reasonable or appropriate product. Please do not send any money to these completely sub standard people. Added note: Atlas have replied and asked for a'Support Ticket ID' after 4 emails, they havent supplied or answered me at all, there is no Support ID!.. There is a chance this is accidental, Ill go with it till I give up!

At first, it was hard for me to find a live representative to chat with. I think it was my phone that had the issues because I was able to access the live chat just fine with my laptop computer.

I corresponded with Emily, Poppy, and Monica. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They helped me to get a discount along with refunding my money when I didn't enter in the discount code properly (my mistake).

I am impressed by their service and commitment to quality and high standards. Also, the pricing for the service is very affordable. I would recommend to anyone I know looking for a VPN.
