I was having problems with my connection it would randomly discount or have slow speeds at times but he had me change my settings to IPSe/ikEv2 and the problem solved

Nearly from the very beginning, the VPN would continue to disconnect or fail to connect to a server in general. This was after I paid over 80e for a Premium subscription.
I have been in touch with customer service multiple times (most recent being case #219651), since at this point the VPN is completely unusable. I have tried all the solutions they suggested and nothing has worked. When I asked for a refund - which I am entitled to under consumer law, regardless of when I purchased the product - they stated this was impossible.
The worst software I have ever used, don't waste your time or money on it.

The member of your team named Katie, helped me through all my questions. Sadly, AtlasVPN didn't work for me, but Katie was super helpful and even advised the best resolutions. However my issue was related to office wifi, and sadly i had to unsubscribe.

Absolute rip off / scam while they appear to look after you during the refund period since it ran out in the New Year (2024) I have yet to successfully reconnect reliably to any server in Europe - esp UK which was main reason for getting / wanting to access iPlayer

I had a connection issue with one of the servers and asked for help. The response was swift and professional with "Webster" asking me to submit a screenshot and the logs. he/she also provided understandable guides on how to provide these. After figuring out the problem i followed an understandable guide and the problem was fixed. Swift and easy, the service was great and the guide was easy to follow.

On December 31, 2023, I purchased a 3.5-year subscription to Atlas VPN, transferring a total of 66.93 euros to you through PayPal.

Regrettably, upon attempting to install your program, I discovered that it is incompatible with my operating system. My computer currently runs on Windows 8, whereas your program necessitates at least Windows 10 or a higher version. Unfortunately, this information came to my attention only after completing the payment transaction. Consequently, I find myself unable to utilize your program, as it is incompatible with my operating system.

I have made multiple attempts to address this concern by reaching out to you via email; however, I have not received any responses to date. Additionally, I have encountered issues with accessing your Live Chat support. Despite being a registered and authorized user and successfully logging in, the system consistently displays the message, "This doesn't look quite right." I am perplexed by this situation and seek your guidance on resolving this matter.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request an immediate refund of the payment I made. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request, as I have been unable to use your service due to compatibility issues beyond my control.

I had issue since day 1. Issue related to bad connection, service not active on my region, WhatsApp call/video denied and also some website, company couldn’t help and didn’t refund the money back as garantee, so I delete the account just on my phone becouse I need it for work.

The company should really refund the money back or re-activate the account.
Instead they take the money without give any service back. No Money and No Premiun.

didnt notice any particularly negative aspects to the whole premium experience and the online chat was helpful and kind. But i also found the connections a little slow and not always snappy, so im going to consider other options before committing.

Webster gave me fast, direct and technical help that was genuinely useful.
