I had an issue with changing regions on a streaming platform. The person who assisted me (Katie) was very kind and helpful. She found my issue even though I gave a few wrong indications by mistake. Very kind and professional. Perfect.
Kate at support pointed me straight to the information I needed to fix a Windows 10 problem which was preventing me from using Atlas' service.
Fast reply on the chat, I started a chat at the most random time, yet was connected to an agent quickly, my agent was Katie Rowland, she helped resolve my issue quickly.
I bought 3 year premium and cannot connect to the palce where I simply only needed to.

The service is rubbish, and if you try and take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee, they keep sending messages asking if you are sure, and messing about. Takes massive hassle to cancel. Would not trust again..

Update: Changed my rating to 5 stars. Support was excellent, have been using successfully and the virus protection is 100%.

Probably the worst VPN service I have ever tried. I have been testing it for one month and I am going to ask for a refund (which is almost impossible). It mostly does not work at all; I cannot connect or the connection is so slow that I have to wait for even 1 minute to open a website, and sometimes it does not open at all. It is definitely not suitable for work or safe internet usage. In the last few days, the kill switch error has been occurring all the time, preventing me from using the VPN. Moreover, it also blocks my internet connection, so I have to turn it off in the app settings

Tried it, didn’t like it,
Tried to get refund,
Even with a 30 day full refund as stated,
Back and fourth for over a week,
They asked different questions every email,
Then they said could not do a refund because I closed the account.
Now I’m working with my credit card company, to do a chargeback.
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your request (209072)

the customer service agent Katie Rowland went the extra mile to assist with my issue. she is patient and friendly. she notified me by email and resolved issue by the next day. keep up the great work, the people are a companies greatest assets
The first time I contacted customer service about a year ago, I had a whole bunch of problems and didn't strictly seperate the Atlas VPN and the non-Atlas issues, so it took a while until the customer service employee and I saw eye to eye.
This time I was connected with a fellow called Webster, who took 2 minutes to solve my problem - even though the problem, from what I gather, was that my entire TCP/IP stack was somehow out of sync, misconfigured, something like that. He asked for a log-file, identified the problem within seconds and sent me to the relevant tutorial. 2 minutes later after a reboot I was online again, with the VPN running. Thanks, Webster!
Apart from the 6 star customer service, Atlas VPN has a pleasant user interface, doesn't hog memory and usually keeps running without a hitch or reconnect for hours. They have special servers for streaming which are usually those with the lowest latency and maximum bandwidth. They also offer for added security so-called MultiHop and SafeSwap-Servers. MultiHop means you're connected via more several servers, one behind the other. SafeSwap means you're connected to several servers at the same time and when you open (request) a website, Atlas chooses one of those VPN connections to be used for this particular domain. So you basically have several IPs at once.
There's also the usual feature where they alert you if your email, credit card, identification and other private data are found in a data drop on the dark net, i.e. when you should really change passwords.
And they have what they call "Shield", which blocks trackers and malware from even reaching your browser.
I tested out the app for almost 30 days and found it very easy to use.
However, for the amount of browsing I do which is mainly local and Youtube, I didn't need a VPN service. Netflix and Stan as well as Optus Sport for movies, sport and entertainment are other services I use.
I contacted AltasVPN through the online chat and received excellent service from Webster, who asked me a few questions and made a generous offer for me to continue trialling the service. I decided not to take up the offer and was issued a refund immediately.
No hassle, just great customer service. Highly recommend.
Don't recommend. It's not working for restricted WiFi and for many streaming services like canalplus. On 21st of November was my last day of subscription. I cancelled it and asked for deleting my account. The account was deleted but on the next day I was charged 54e. After I asked for refund atlas vpn refuse to give me back the money while the account is deleted. There's plenty better and more friendly vpns available. Don't recommend atlas vpn to anyone
UPDATE:
After charging me after I closed my account, the customer service is ignoring what I was sending and keep sending back some ready texts they probably keep sending to everyone. But what's shocking they still try to charge me more. Luckily I blocked their in my bank. This company are thieves. Shocking

I had just installed Atlas VPN on Windows and the connection was not working.
By contacting customer service the problem was quickly resolved thanks to @Webster, who guided me step by step
Very helpful and patient! All resolved. Emily had the patience and desire to respond to all my concerns and helped me to use the service again.
