Amazing company to deal with!
Received delivery of my furniture and pergola yesterday. The guys who installed the pergola were fantastic and the quality exceeded my expectations. After doing a lot of research before making this purchase, one of the main reasons we bought from ATM Living is the structure of the pergola looked robust and sturdy with thicker leg posts compared to other models. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish!

Support feels non-existent...
Paid nearly £7,000 for their 6x3 Neptune pergola and regretting my purchase based on the level of support provided by the company. One of our LED strips for the pergola arrived damaged so naturally we reported it in view of receiving a replacement...
Anything you hear from their support is just lip service. I've been told on 3 occasions now that I'll be sent a replacement, including a phone call nearly 2 weeks ago where the representative advised "it should be with you within the next few days" - and yet here I am today with no replacement delivery, struggling to get a straight answer on their live chat.
If you're looking to make an expensive purchase like a pergola, bite the bullet and pay a little more elsewhere. The headache isn't worth it if something needs rectifying.

We can see that the Pergola was in fact in full working order however unfortunately one LED strip did have slight discoloration. As soon as this was reported to our team, we did respond promptly and ordered a replacement LED light strip for you. This was sent within 2 weeks of the initial report from you with Royal Mail, as confirmed by the team, this can take a few days to reach you once dispatched so we do feel that this review is unfair. The team did promptly act and ensured the replacement LED light strip was delivered swiftly.

The screen came broken so the pergola couldn’t be completely installed. The replacement screen will take 2 months to arrive, so we won’t be able to use the pergola as we expected at this time.

I ordered two pergolas last year, they were a little late being delivered but no worries. I paid for installation which was planned for November 2023. They had to cancel which was a pain but they were finally erected on the 8/12/2023. They finished late in the afternoon the guys worked hard to get it done. I went out the next day and found that three of the four large pull down blinds had come out of the runners. Contacted customer services the next day and they said it was a fault and they would re order them. Last week another blind has come out of its runner. It's now June 15th 2024 and they still haven't replaced the blinds, its a disgraceful way to run a business. The latest Communication is that they have been delivered to the couriers warehouse and they are trying to find them blah blah. That was ten days ago.

Do not buy from this company! They are unreliable and do not communicate. After spending £2500 I had 3 attempts at delivery, 3 fails by their delivery people and when asked why they didn’t call me as requested, apparently their phones were broken! Bad. Just bad.

Good quality product, good installation experience
I bought a fully motorized pergola from ATM Living. The product is good quality and looks great in the garden and comes with a promised 5 year long warranty so hoping for many years trouble free service.
I opted for the assembly and bolt down to porcelain options which ensures correct installation and handling as the product itself is fairly heavy and self assembly requires two people.
Thomas and his installation partner were very courteous; they went out of their way to ensure missing parts were swiftly ordered and they came back within a couple of days to finish the job and left the site tidy.
Sophie from ATM customer service did her best to answer questions and helped get the installation booked in. The only feedback would be that communication from point of sale to installation booking needs to be improved as more than a week can pass without any emails or phone calls to book a time slot. An online booking system to reserve a time slot would help manage expectations here and reduce frustrations especially if you’re doing other landscaping that needs to work around other trades.
But otherwise a positive experience overall so thank you.

I first saw the Pergola on facebook and was duely impressed. After much consideration I took the plunge and ordered one.
The team that assembled it were very hardworking and professional and did a first class job, they are a credit to the Company.
Looking at it in my back garden it looks even better than the images i viewed on Facebook.

delighted with my purchase
I just wanted to tell you how delighted I am with my garden furniture from ATM living . I bought the garden set on probably the coldest day of the year back in early Jan for my holiday cottage and it has been in the garage waiting for the sunshine to emerge. Finally unpacked it this weekend. As sadly with most other purchases these days I half expected something to be broken or not what I ordered, at the very least a missing screw but it was packaged beautifully and everything just as it should be. I will be back for more and I cannot recommend this company highly enough for pre and post service care.

I bought from ATM the Neptune Deluxe LED Aluminium Pergola with 4 Privacy Screens- 3m x 3m
It arrived in a week or so, well packed. It is robust and stunning.
The price is also very competitive and I don’t hesitate in recommending them.

Pergola is cheaper than most for a…
Pergola is cheaper than most for a reason, the roof mechanism has plastic hinges these grab at full closure so you have to yank the handle to get them to free. Not sure long term how robust they will be. Purchased a screen 2 weeks later for one side their logistics guys arrived and installed it wrongly. ( apparently they shouldn’t have fitted it but where’s that information detailed, why would you say oh no don’t fit it thanks ) anyway because I mentioned I gave them a £10 tip ATM are saying I paid them to do it. Screen doesn’t stay in the runners and doesn’t stay down whatever you do. Won’t use again.
