I had previously been happy with the service at Atyu, but my last experience was wasn’t so positive.

I was told I would receive a discount from a promotion. I was charged in full, which is a fair enough mistake. I pointed this out once I got home, and was told the difference would be refunded.

After following up twice and being told it would be resolved, my last message was ignored.

This is unfortunate as until then I’d be been happy with the level of service, but this lack of care and follow up with clients has made be reluctant to return.

I've visited nurse Aaron on two occasions for lip enhancement. My first visit I was so nervous but nurse Aaron was so nice it put me right at ease. Nurse Aaron is a lovely person and he's so good at what he does. I was super happy with my results and will most definitely be visiting him again.

The market is saturated by so proclaimed “beauty aestheticians” Aaron is an actual nurse with qualifications and an in depth knowledge of human anatomy - I’ve been going to Harley street previously being charged premium and never achieved such great natural results. So take a chance and cheat on your current aesthetics provider - you won’t regret it!

My first experience with filler and botox. I found ATYU/Aaron on instagram and thought the results looked amazing so I booked to have some botox done and talk through some options with filler, wanting to bring some more symmetry to my face before I get married later this year.
The botox session was very easy, and painless (Aaron provided stress balls for me to squeeze as I’m not a huge fan of needles) I had three areas done. Gummy smile/Crows feet/Brow lift on right side of my face. The results are super natural.
The filler appointment had me so nervous. I feared I might leave the appointment looking like a clown. Aaron calmed me down as soon as I arrived by talking me through everything that he was doing, what filler and technique he was using and we had a few laughs along the way. I felt reassured that I was in good hands. He even let me hold a mirror so I could monitor the results as we went through each area (Lips, Jaw, Nose)
The results are so natural and have brought the desired symmetry to my face that I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier. Really looking forward to future appointments with ATYU.

I came to fill my lips and I’m highly critical for a natural result. Aaron did the best job I could ever ask for. Not only is he highly talented and a perfectionist, but he made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He got a warm personality which left my visit with excellence. He also informed me about the further steps and this calmed me down regarding possible swelling etc. He knows his field beyond and this is something not only books can teach. I’ll be back!

Nurse Aaron made me feel comfortable immediately and explained step by step what he was going to do and what to expect. I had tear trough fillers, very natural and totally pain free. I expected some pain but not no pain at all! Will be back!

When I went for the first time I was very nervous not knowing what was going to happen and how it would feel. Nurse Aaron is very calm and patience with the way he goes to do his treatments. He is always honest if something might be to much or doesn’t fit your face.
