The lady was very knowledgeable and professional.
The service was brilliant!
The lady even wrote me a follow up email to show the Dr as I needed a further app.
My only complaint would be that the Fakenham surgery has an out of hours door and it only opens when someone lets you in. As this was my first appointment I waited outside in the rain until someone came. This was around 15 mins.

The microsuction procedure was clearly explained and carried out with no discomfort. It was helpful to see the before and after images of the affected ear canal and lovely to get back to full stereo hearing again. Nikki was very friendly and professional.

Professional service received after securing prompt appointment

Everything was easy to book and very quick appointment . I was talked through the whole process with care . I was able to hear in seconds I would not hesitate to go back if needed

Experience was fantastic. My son could don't believe he could hear again. Customer service was great from start to finish.

Greeted by Kelly on time, she explained everything and showed me what was happening as the procedure progressed. She was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The procedure was a complete success, far better than the old style procedures.

Have just visited Nikki Osborne at the grove clinic in Norwich, she is a lovely lady very knowledgeable and reassuring, I would give her 10 stars, after feeling as if I had a fish bowl on my head and having hearing problems, I can now hear perfectly clearly thank you so much Debbie payne.

Excellent appointment with Kelly who explained exactly what she was doing to remove ear wax. Was able to view inside of my ears before and after far better than the syringing I have had previously. Would certainly use again if I have similar problems.
