As an order person who has been short-sighted for 40 years but also now have trouble reading small print due to age and eye issues I struggle to read things on a lap top screen. This magnifier has made eating the screen easier. Delivery was fast having come from the USA to Australia and the item is easy to use.

The archival work I am doing for the Australian National Film and Sound Archive part of the National Library requires me to digitise tapes and it is difficult to find machines which are of sufficient quality. The machine you have supplied is very good quality.

Customer support was excellent with prompt responses to all of my silly questions as I was very hesitant buying from direct nine (first time and coy was overseas).
