I usually place phone orders, staff are always polite and helpful.
Stock is usually good. Any issues I contact my customer service rep', but we hardly ever need to talk!

Online ordering and overnight delivery are the main reasons I use E14, the website has been frustrating, but the technical details online are easy to access. Price matching has worked when I know i can get the items cheaper elsewhere.

Being able to get most of the things I need the next day is really great. Just need to work around the extended delivery of parts that are on 6-7 day lead time.

Element14 has provided excellent service every time I have ordered from them. They stock a wide range of quality items, delays and expected delivery times are always provided. Shipping is fast, with reputable couriers and I usually receive my order next day, and that is in country Victoria.

while some things are a bit dearer the convenience and overnight freight is more important to our customers.
however the search engine needs work the last round of improvements made it worse

The web site was very easy to use and the staff are exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Delivery is normally next day but still waiting for this one.

I have been using the services of Element14 for quite a few years. The quality and range of products is second to none. The delivery time and cost is also exemplary. I buy components, Raspberry Pi, tools and other bits and pieces. Always fast service, in some cases, next day delivery. I highly recommend Element14 for anyone working in the electronics industry, whether it be for design and construction or repair and servicing.

Over the last 12 months i have placed multiple orders with Element14. All have arrived within a couple of days. I had 1 issue with a malfunctioning product and as there is no longer this item as a replacement, a full refund was issued immediately. Not sure what else i could ask for from a supplier.

Great for prototype work but a bit inexplicably expensive on some parts. Lead times of "available" but 6-7 business days can catch you out sometimes if not wary. Search engine needs improving.

Element14 have a wide range of stock, they are one of the first places I visit when looking for something a bit different, be it a connector, plug, cable, or something more exotic. I know if they have it in stock I can have it in my hands the next day. This saves us time and money when we can keep things moving with minimal delay.

I have moved to E14 after several disappointing order issues with a main competitor. I specifically appreciate the ability to consolidate order prior to shipping and to get seperate invoices for seperate credit card charges. No issues yet.

Element 14 has a huge range of parts available and easy online ordering. Some of the parts are stocked overseas, which can increase the delivery time to 5 days, but it's good to have access to the range.
