Paid for but not reiceved
MyProtein claim to have delivered my order, but I still have not received my parcel. No explanation has been offered. All they could do was to ask me to fill out a form. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me the form; I had to find it myself, download it, fill it out, and re-upload it as an attachment in their message centre. This is not a professional way to treat customers in the 21st century.
UPDATE, 29 April: I have now received an email from "Sam" at Myprotein, saying that the item I ordered is out of stock, which contradicts the earlier message that claims that the order had been delivered. The new message offers me two options: cancel this item or await for the stock to be replenished (2-4 weeks). HOWEVER, the message also says "Please do not reply to us at this e-mail address as we will not receive your message." The email does not contain any alternative way to get back in touch.
If I wanted to make like difficult for my customers, this is how I would do it.

Wouldn't order again
I had ordered to a Parcel Locker Address. There is no part of the ordering process in which MyProtein state that their chosen courier will not deliver to a Parcel Locker. As a result my parcel was attempted to be delivered but then sent back to MyProtein.
Customer Service were not very helpful. I asked could they re-attempt delivery if I changed the address - they triggered a replacement and then told me that they could not change the addresss.
As a result that parcel has now been attempted to be delivered twice and the only possible remedy from MyProtein is that they will issue a refund and I need to re-order all items.
I will go back to using a competitor who is far more reliable and who's customer service try to resolve issues. Disappointing as I was looking forward to trying them and would have stayed had I had a decent experience and the products were good.
