The worst customer experience I have had with online ordering.
I ordered protein powder when I tried it the taste was horrible like cardboard and when I raised the issue they said that it was to be expected and they wouldn’t swap or refund me.

Protien is very yummy
Protien is very yummy, mixes well in a shaker and in smoothies/ oats. Only downside was the delivery took it back to another suburb’s post office which made it hard to collect

Delivery frustrating
Awesome product but delivery is frustrating , Tracking stated delivery on the 17th April now changed to 22-24th but has sat in Brisbane depot since 16th

MyProtein AU is not safe
MyProtein AU is not safe. My account was hacked and, with the already saved card on their site, people had a field day. I immediately contacted MyProtein to cancel the order.
Not only they refused to cancel, but they delivered it and then claimed management would review and get back to me.
I never heard back so wrote them again asking for the issue to be resolved and they promised once again that I would receive an email in a few days.
It’s been about a month and zero contact. I will never buy from them again and am sending my case to my lawyer for a court case.
It may take time, but I will get to the bottom of this and get my money back.
SHAME ON YOU MYPROTEIN.AU!
EDIT: after the reply here from Sam i contacted them on support right away - they continued offering me generic non replies. If I could give ZERO STAR review, i would!

I attempted to make a purchase worth over $150 due to a 50% discount event, but after the purchase was completed in the cart, the 50% event ended and the order was canceled without any reason, leaving me unable to purchase the product.

Awful experience.
Package came damaged, I was offered a refund and then later told I couldn't get a refund unless i sent more photos. They kept putting it off going back and forth for weeks and it is still not resolved. I have been a very frequent customer for 5 years and was surprised to be treated like this. Will be choosing a new supplement store from now on.

Poor shipping experience.
Bit of a long shipping time. Then the shipments tracking was completely wrong with times. I dont think they're out for delivery at 1 am. Impossible to be there to sign for parcel with this type of communication. Then im at home for hours waiting for the delivery to come only for them not to come and say that I didn't answer the door, delaying the delivery by more time.
