Great product BUT MISLEADING ADS, and dopey Support
Great product - totally incompetent advertising. Advert on social media clearly states, with no doubt whatsoever, that an "extra 10% off App Orders - Auto Applies".
Personally not fazed, but two responses from Support stating "Our policy permits the use of only one discount code or promotional offer per transaction".
Alas, that is not what the ad states.
Busted. And Misleading. Well, not misleading; these people are just plain wrong.
Great product by the way. But freight taking 7-8 days these days is somewhat off.

They send you promos that don’t exist…
They send you promos that don’t exist and then when you reach out to them they are not helpful. They use predatory methods to say off on all products, and you can’t find their promo terms and conditions to see what products are eligible.
They customer support is completely useless, the quality of the protein has gone downhill.
This was probably my last order with them because I wanted to use my credits and won’t order again.
Edit: Nice of you to say you can’t find my account. I think that’s how you dismiss the reviews. I got an email from you guys to add the review here, I didn’t just feel like adding a review here on my own. I’m guessing go figure how your process automatically sends emails to people who order. Thanks.

Delivery was useless yet again!!
Delivery was useless yet again!!! Firstly my delivery is waiting for me at the post office (which is fine) but I received no notification via email that the delivery was attempted and then it got moved to the post office. I had to track my parcel online yesterday to find out where it was.
The second thing is that somebody was home all day on the day that they said the delivery was attempted and they said that nobody so much as rang the doorbell.
This is not the first time that this has happened when I order from My Protein. Only positive is that at least it is at the post office this time. You guys need to sort your delivery service out

Good quality stuff but prices nearly doubled over a year. Also I was given a FlavDrops product that expires in 1 month, when there’s literally 100 servings inside. Other than that, respect the unflavoured whey protein which not every company provides.

I love the products
I love the products, they’re delicious and never disappoint. However I was upset to see I was hit with $5 tax fees on my credit card, and I was already paying $10 for shipping … no where did it tell me my card would be charged extra fees with no message from my protein. Highly disappointed!

Still not received my order, ordered 2 weeks ago. imile the courier is really bad, they say they’ve attempted delivery but never do! We order with myprotein every couple of months and every time there is a problem with delivery
