Poor communication and horrible experience
Was out of stock after I ordered, email option was to split order so I emailed and said I would like to split so is here in time for Xmas and got an AI response saying they couldn't split orders. Why offer as an option if you then won't allow it? Impossible to talk to a human. Very disappointed in service and a waste of money as wasn't here in time.
Oversold stock they didn’t have at Christmas!
You sold more products than you had in stock, knowing full well people were buying for Christmas. You sent an email with a broken link to a gift print out and offer for a free gift with purchase that I had already paid for. I’ve sent you multiple emails and you haven’t replied to any!!!!
Disgusting service
Boycott at all costs. The customer service is awful! Wrong delivery address which was realised at time of purchase and only way to contact was to email. Needless to say I emailed straight away and never heard back. Today I get a notification that it was to be delivered today, with NO other correspondence. Not even shipment advice. So naturally I reach out via email again as I have no way else to contact them. I almost immediately get an email back advising that they were TOO BUSY to read or respond to my email from 12days ago on day of purchase. Only to be told once it's dispatched it's their policy to just wait until it gets returned to sender than they can repost it to me.
What kind of service is that?!?!
Guess I won't be getting the kids adventure book for my son for Christmas.
And when I voiced my opinions and upset at this, my email has again gone unanswered. Not even an apology or phone contact when I provided my phone number.

Awful service!! Have emailed multiple times with no response, there’s no phone number to call. No idea where my parcel is or if it’s coming in time for Christmas. Seems like they take orders and don’t actually send them!

Product arrived badly damaged due to poor packaging. Ungiftable and as a keepsake embarassing.
When I emailed asking how to organise a return and replacement it took several days to even get a response.
After a week of back and forth I still have not received the instructions for returning the item.
I guess, they don't bank on return customers with this kind of product so it doesn't matter to them. I'm not even sure I want the product anymore the service is so laughably bad.

You have sent out a survey well before I have received the purchased items which haven't arrived yet. (As at 9:45am Thursday 5/12/2024. In addition, when I check the parcel status in DAIPOST using the tracking number supplied, it accepts the number but does not provide any details at all which is disappointing.

My book never arrived. When I contacted the company I never got a reply.
Description in title
The books come with lovely packaging and perfect gift idea. My only disappointment is i ordered the travel challenge, I didn't notice the smaller writing at the bottom that says 'couples edition' making this gift unable to give being it wasn't for a couple. So now I have no use for it. When placing orders you should include that in the title as i and I assume many others read the title at check out, if I'd seen that i wouldn't of ordered this book.

Do not expect to get your order or a refund
Using the most unreliable shipping company in Australia! If they used Australia Post it would have arrived within the delivery estimate time frame provided at time of order. Have waited a month and still keep getting told from customer service of The Adventure Challenge to ‘just wait a few more days there is often delays, we can’t file for a lost package until it’s been 20 days since last tracking update’. 20 days been and gone and still getting told to ‘just wait a bit longer’. Don’t even bother trying to get help with lost packages, they won’t help because they don’t want to have to do refunds. Take your money elsewhere to a company that will help.
