The sent book unfortunately does not satisfy me!
The sent book unfortunately, it’s not the original one I was expecting; the cover is different, and it also arrived without the box that should have been included.
This was meant to be a Christmas present and I’m quite disappointed by this mix-up. I asked in customer service assistance in processing a return and obtaining a full refund. No answer yet!

Amazing service & product
I ordered the adventure challenge couples edition as an engagement gift for a friend. She is so happy with it, as was I.
The company was so helpful when I had an issue and went above and beyond to fix it.
I would definitely recommend this company and product.

I received my items after 30 days of…
I received my items after 30 days of purchased.
After 4 weeks,I received an email saying there was something wrong with the WH and they need to confirm my shipping address. I state to them in the email as this was a wedding gift I need it within 3 days if possible.
In the end did not received my gift on time.
This is their error for not noticing this sooner, how come it took them a month to realise something was wrong with the shipping on the WH side. Make a better system to fix this.

Fast transaction
The purchase was easily done online. However, the shipping cost may need to be varied depending on the item ordered. I ordered the small family connection cards but was quoted about $13 for shipping (if I remember correctly). Otherwise, I look forward to using these with the family.

Wouldn’t buy again.
The book arrived damaged only days before Father’s Day. I was told I would get a 25% refund…
Also, it doesn’t really scratch off with the plastic coin provided / a coin like I thought it would (like a scratchie ticket).

The books are amazing
The books are amazing, and so are the mini card packs, the only problem I had is with the couples edition book the mini instal photos are slightly too big for the book itself so they stick out over the edge of the writing spot

A little disappointed
The package was delivered on time and fine. I was just surprised at how unimpressive the packet looks. It's a tiny box that's looks like it cost me $10-15 instead of the $44 I paid. I bought this as a fun wedding gift but don't think it looks like much to hand to a newly married couple. I'll look into returning it as I think there were other options on the market that looked more sizeable and impressive.
