Follow on from yesterday's review. Cost to return at the post office 3 items back to China £54. Was also informed that China will more than likely return the items back to me. Just sent them a follow up email about returns as they are pretending to be a London based shop. Will see what they say. Looks like I will have lost £160. Feel such an idiot. Has anyone ever got their money back? I seriously doubt it!
Just been given a final offer 30% back for the 3 items or 100% credit note lol. What to get more sub standard goods? I don't think so. Looks like I will have to take the 30% as no other viable option!

I cannot get in touch with anyone to arrange a return. Their policy is to email - but no response.

Avoid at all costs. One star is an insult to injury. In response to A Smith's review, I managed to get a full refund through a bank recharge. I have reported them to Trading Standards and The UK International Consumer Centre. I did cancel my order within 24hrs of placing but the robot said they didn't receive it within that timescale! Too many bad points to mention!

Hope who ever is reading this review is doing so before they purchase anything unlike me who only researched after having a poor experience. Saw this companies post on Facebook liked a dress and decided to purchase after looking at their website saw shop based in London looked very reputable company . Goods came late from China and were of poor quality decided I wasn’t keeping them and was going to return the items . That’s when I discovered their awful returns policy and that they are basically a scam as everything is coming from China and any returns would need to be returned to China at my expense . Funny you can no longer find this company on Facebook now . Please don’t buy from them .

Do not order from this company if you think you might have to return. They give you the impression they are based in London with pictures of a shop. The item takes ages to arrive and is of inferior quality. The dress was see through. My belly button was very visible. No wonder they show the model with a bag across the stomach area. Now… when you go to return the item (says easy returns on website) you have to return to an international address in China with returns starting at £23 !!! Dress only cost £40. They come up with some offers like refund 10% keep the dress. Don’t accept. Get a chargeback on your credit card for items not as described. I will
Never buy from this company again and recommend you do the same. Very very false advertising.

Zero stars, not based in UK. Item received does not look like the picture of the item. Could return but the cost of returning starts from £25, so have to put down to experience and never order from this company again. They let you keep the item and refund 10%. The coat is very badly made and material is cheap they advertise that this coat originally sold for over £300, I wouldn't have paid £3.00 for it.

Picked up a casual men’s shirt and the quality feels solid for everyday wear. Fits well through the shoulders which is rare for me.

The order took over a month to arrive, it didn’t match what the photos looked like. Quality was very poor, not worth the money at all. Avoid this site.

I wish I had read reviews first! This store is not London based so returns are to China at huge cost to the sender. It is a scam! Stuck with a dress I don’t want and can only claim a 10% refund. Cost of postage to return starts at £23. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Don’t waste your money on a scam company! I concur with all the other poor reviews. This is not a London based company. Items come from China. Refund policy is non-existent. I got £9.99 refund on an item which was £49.99. And told to keep the item which I cannot wear. What sort of customer service is this?? Atrocious!!!

If I had my way I would give this company 0 stars don’t waste your money I have never received such poor quality of clothes and as regards returning there is no place to return in the UK due to a refurbishment. Absolute rubbish!!! You have to send back across the waters which costs nearly as much as the outfit if you can call it an outfit. Wrong colours sent, shedding of material from coat which is more like a dressing gown and the knitted dress with matching jumper has no shape and is cut badly. Safe your money and avoid like the plague

I ordered one of the knit dresses after seeing it styled on the site and it honestly feels nicer in real life. I followed the size chart and it fit exactly how I hoped, no awkward tight spots. Delivery was quicker than expected and everything arrived folded neatly. Will definetly be checking their women’s section again.

I think it’s the same person Lockwood London. Changed their name because of bad reviews. The same dress they advertised but the dress doesn’t even fit me and it’s poorly made for its price. Scammers

If I could give zero stars I would. Impersonating a UK business, items are shipped from China and returns policy is fraudulent. Charging over £25 to return an item which essentially means shipping it back to China. I’d be interested to know if anyone has secured a refund.

Give this a max. 1 rating for effort!
I ordered a dress which finally turned up 2.5 wks after the purchase and an email message asking for my money back!
The quality was good but it was too big size wise so I asked to return it....

You should know (as other reviews confirm):
I had great email communication with them - but their replies are via a well known AI platform and they state their returns policy for a full refund:
- International postage charges start at £23+, so basically you will never get a full refund!
They offer a 10% partial refund and you get to keep the product, (leaving me £4.49 in credit against a £45 purchase)!
Or to exchange:
keep the original purchase but pay a further £12 in delivery fees for the item you exchange for!
When I mentioned the research I did on Companies House and the AI email domain, I got the 10% refund back in my account very quickly with profuse AI apologies for my disappointing experience.

I've learnt that THERE IS NO PHYSICAL STORE AND THEY ARE NOT BASED IN LONDON - despite the pin logo and
THEY DON'T GIVE AN ADDRESS ON THEIR WEBSITE OF THEIR ACCURATE LOCATION! They also haven't denied, when challenged, that they are based in China!
I do now have the dress I purchased but I'm out of pocket as you will probably be if your order isnt suitable.

The dress I bought for my wife fits her well. The delivery was fast and everything was well organized, making the ordering process smooth. The only minor drawbacks were that the color differed slightly from what I expected based on the photos on the website, and the packaging was rather basic for the price.

Awful company , wanted to send back dress as arms to long and just not good fit on me . Got told their warehouse in uk is not up and running yet so it would cost average price £23 to return or except 10% refund . Awful customer service , don’t use , not that good a quality either .

Very poor quality gave the impression they are from London but returns are to be sent back to Asia at your cost . CHeap products DO NOT BUY
