Needs to be shut down there is no store in London

So wished I had read the reviews first. Products were an absolute joke. I believe 2 items were charged and I only ordered 1. They have been messing me around over the Returns. I have sent it by Royal Mail tracking and Signed for to the address that the items were sent from. I have had follow-up from FB as obviously there have been so many complaints. This is a scam/scum company. I will seeking to charge-back from the bank. Liars and thieves.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. The website makes it look like a London-based business, but it turns out everything is actually shipped from China. I only found this out when my order took ages to arrive and I chased it up.

I bought a tracksuit for £50, and it’s truly awful – far too short and made of cheap, poor-quality material. When I tried to return it, they told me the “UK warehouse” was under renovation and that I had to send it back to China at my own expense (at least £23!) before even being considered for a refund.

I asked for the UK warehouse address just to see how these supposed renovations were going, but of course, they couldn’t provide one. The whole thing feels misleading and dishonest. I honestly feel scammed and wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Avoid this company – it’s not what it pretends to be,

The products I received do not match the photographs of the items I ordered. Different colours, very poor quality and completely overpriced. My purchases from SHEIN are better quality than the rubbish that this company are selling. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Definitely no stars and definitely advise not to order anything. It’s totally my fault as i didn’t check reviews before ordering (gutted when i did check albeit too late) total piece of garbage that did finally arrive. Portraying its self as a London baseb company and making everything look really good when in reality they’re made for pennies in Chinese sweatshops. Buyer beware 😡😡😡

The website states the company is based in London, but after trying to return the item I discovered it is actually based in China, which feels very misleading. I requested a refund, only to be told I must pay around £23 for return shipping, which is more than half of what I paid for the dress. That is completely unreasonable, especially given the low quality of the item.

Had I known the company was overseas and that returns would be this expensive, I would never have ordered. I do not recommend this company due to poor quality, long delivery times, misleading information, and unfair return costs.

I ordered a dress and the quality and fabric was completely different from what is advertised: it looked cheap and badly designed. When I tried for a refund, I was told I’d have to pay £23 or more in shipping costs. Poor customer service. Avoid it.

Awful company, ordered 2 outfits for my dads funeral, came late and nothing like picture, saying I can't send back to London as it's being refurbished so got to send to china, if it gets stopped in customs they won't do nothing about it. Awful and worried o won't get my money back 😢

The clothes are not as advertised at all, and the refund/returns policy is a bit stupid, why would I keep items that don't fit and I don't like for a discounted price? I think its a huge con they post from the UK but have to be returned to CHina assume this is to reduce returns and make more money steer clear.

Zero star if possible. Complete scam, terrible product, terrible service and return to china when they advertise as a London company. Offering ‘Store credit’ when there is no store. DO NOT PURCHASE from here.

I am gobsmacked that this company can continue trading when their clothing is so utterly unlike the ones on their website. I was expecting a light brown suede mini dress, and received an over sized, orange polyester shirt! It didn’t even have their label in it. To make matters worse they refused to refund unless I posted it back to China, at a minimum of £23! Do not order anything from them!

Zero stars, they represent themselves as a London business but the item return option says I need to send the item to their "international" hub which will cost at least £23. Absolute con. Don't order from them

READ THE RETURNS POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY because you WILL be disappointed at these Chinese imports. ALL returns must be sent back to ASIA - AT YOUR COST. It takes a very long time to get the order into the UK whilst all the time the company PRETENDS they are UK based. After importing, the parcel is then forwarded by Royal Mail to create the illusion of operating a UK based business. Basically a SCAM

I have just received what can only be described as soft toy material leopard print coat. No lining no pockets nothing like the image on the very slick English/London web site. for one penny short of 50 quid. I have had better from Temu. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE scammers

Disgusting site. Total fraud. Based in China don't know how they are getting away with this. Sent for beautiful coat and dress. Took 4 weeks. Said they were based in London. Load of Chinese rubbish. Wouldn't be seen dead on the clothing absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT SITE

Disgusting company! I ordered a dress & checked you could return… yes but postage had to be paid… not a problem many companies ask this.
Dress arrives poor quality, colour nothing like picture contacted “London” Company which its clearly not !
£23 to return dress as it’s to be sent to China!
I’ve decided to donate dress to charity.

Absolutely rubbish, the stuff they sell is on Shein for quarter of the price. The quality and sizing is no where near to standards. Do not buy from them they are scamming people.
