Great support throughout the process: I used Auction House to sell a property for the first time via auction. It was the first time I had sold through the process and Jake from Auction House was very helpful and supportive throughout the process and understanding of the changes I wanted to make to the marketing collateral etc. I achieved a result which I was very happy with. Will definitely be using Auction House again.

Yesterday the guide price for lot 4 was £150000, this evening has the guide price is set at £220000. Similarily Lot 6 the guide price has gone up from £140000 to £200000.
Is that logical? Is that new scamming technique.
why waste buyers time?
Avoid them.

I’m really sorry to post this as i hsve bought a few properties through them.
However I am a seller now and all I am trying to do is put something in the next auction. However no one replies to your emails about new business. I have tried to contact Noah on numerous occasions .. it’s either no reply at all or a long delay so you miss the auction date

I don't know the reception can only tell you to keep going to read legal documents. A job can easily pass to robot nowadays. They ask you to read those documents before you viewing. it is not before you want to purchase it. does it make sense?

Attended an open viewing appointment at Crothorp Road in Northampton, the agent didn't show and people who had travelled from all over the UK were left not knowing what was going on.
We were told on the phone that another viewing window would be possible but then they have let us down again. Totally unprofessional

Noah explained new online process in good clear English and agreed good terms of fees, I will stay in touch with them to get another property now that they have sold our property for the price we wanted

Land South of crown road lot 169 being auctioned december 2024. Buyer cannot gain a legitimate land registry title based on a map that a buyer purchased in july 2024. The auction house would have their fee, the seller the purchase price at auction but the buyer would have a worthless map title instead of land title. on 02/sep/25 Basildon council are today
cutting back trees on land apparently under ownership of greenfurb ltd. If it was owned by a private company they would not be carrying out maintenance. There are health and safety issues of dangerous trees on this land which have been advised to council by concerned residents.

Having had positive encounters with Auction House East Anglia, this was my first time dealing with the team at Auction House London. I was very impressed! From the start, Jamie provided excellent advice and made sure that all the boxes were ticked prior to the auction. This advice was often provided outside of business hours (a testament to his hard work and excellent customer service). I also need to thank Puja and Georgia, who provided extremely quick responses to my enquiries (despite having little direct involvement with my lot). The auctioneer, Andrew, did a superb job on the day. The effort of the team was massively appreciated, and I will be returning. There are many auction houses in London but I would certainly recommend this one.
