I have previously had bad experiences buying and selling at auction. After extensive research I found Auction House to be the best.

Do not buy from them they are scammers and have made my life a living hell.I already struggled to raise the funds but they do not care at all about my situation.They are evil people and have made me physically ill.

Cheaters scammers disgusting people
Cheaters scammers disgusting people. Most of the properties they have sold already in other biggest auctions for very very cheap prices and not sold on top of it too much hidden charges .I don't understand which way without fake bidding they are selling it in this auction. I don't understand.

Does their client own the property they are selling?
This company Auction House London, listed my property for sale on Rightmove on behalf of a client who did not own the property.
Seriously dodgy, as also suggested by some the reviews already left.
You need to be extremely careful if you buy from Auction House London. I had individuals turn up to an Open House sale, when my property was listed for sale by an imposter. You need to ask for proof of ownership before bidding. It is quite likely you won't get it

Your reply is not accurate.
I brought the possible fraud to your attention, afetr which you removed the property from RightMove.
In a conversation with a senior valuer that day, she promised to provide all relevant details of the seller. She later refused to do that.
The response states that the matter was reported to all relevant authorities, but AHL refuse to inform me of what they reported and to whom. They also refuse to provide details of their professional body, who monitors their behaviour. Perhaps they do not have one?
They listed my property after seeing a contract for the sale of said property, which had been exchanged between buyer and seller. They did not think it strange that the lawyer acting for the seller was the same person as was acting for the buyer. The Solicitor Regulatory Authority do find this to be unacceptable.
So, Auction House London are very sorry. Sorry they got caught aiding a fraudulent transaction? They will not provide any help to me, however. Again, be very careful dealing with these people
I have been asked by AHL to remove the name of the person I spoke to the day after discovering AHL had wrongly listed my house for sale for thier client, who did not own it. I have removed the name. Seems it is fine for them to mis-state their actions, though. That is within the guidelines

It seems that they don’t like answering tricky questions about properties. Especially ones that have already sold on Savill’s….not good. Can’t make an informed decision without certain information even at auction. Disappointed.

So called vendors advertising fake property through the auction and keeping deposits it’s a regular occurrence but yet happens to unsuspecting bidders all the time. Needs to be investigated which is my next port of call the ombudsman.
