Got me a buyer quickly (within days actually).

This auction company is night and day compared to some of the others! They were professional and efficient. Nicola responded promptly to questions and chased up documents. Jon who did the viewing was friendly and helpful. Really pleased with my new house too!

Jon from Auction house was exceptional during our purchase, he was always available and helped us get an extension on completion which was vital for us!

Some of the worst customer service and experience i have had in the property business.
After agreeing terms and price then to be told the terms were not relevant. Then to have Auction House Scotland deduct fees from buyer and seller before completion even although this was never in my terms and never agreed was surprising.
Upon completion then I find out that despite AHS been given the keys they deny all knowledge of having any instructions.
What really was the icing on the cake was the fact that their representatives thought it was acceptable to try to contact my solicitor directly to push the process along to their tune.
Although the manor in which they dealt with my frustration via a chain of condescending emails could possibly have been the most frustrating.
If you are looking to waste money, time and pay percentages to be treated like a p*rick then these are your guys.

From a sourcing point of view, John Loudon at Auction House Scotland is great. There maybe deals that are too far gone for your investors but we ended up getting our customer more at auction than they were at agreed price with investor market. Great fees paid back as well, better than any co-sourcing fees 👍🏻 I’d highly recommend Auction house Scotland, however my dealings with John in particular were great! Hopefully do some business either way shortly!

After being recommended to contact Auction House, I was led though the process of auctioning my property by John. The procedure was very straightforward and any questions answered promptly. I was kept informed at all times of how it was proceeding. On the day of the auction I was promptly informed of the selling price and prompt payment was made.

Sold my parents' house via Auction House. They spoke to me about everything involved, told me the costings for using their service, and contacted regularly. They even reassured me and told me not to withdraw from auction when offers were coming in, and I was glad I followed their advice and guidance. I had already tried to sell the house through two well-known national estate agents, one where I was met by complete ineptitude and the other with lots of viewings by quite unsuitable buyers. I turned to Auction House Scotland on the recommendation of a property blogger after contacting several auction companies.

The whole experience was excellent, from quick listing to sale. The Sales Negotiator, Nicola, was outstanding, completely organised, always quick to respond to questions, following up when she said she would and, most importantly, only sending qualified prospects to view the property, particularly appreciated as I had a 200 mile trip to do the viewings.

In the end the house was sold via a standard offer (at my asking price) rather than by auction as the buyers first had to sell their own house and required a mortgage. Entry for the buyers was achieved just over two weeks from a conditional offer being made. I doubt this would have been possible without Nicola. Obviously solicitors were engaged by both buyer and seller but when either side needed information in a hurry it was Nicola we called. I hope she is as appreciated by her employers as she was by me.

The fee was more than the other estate agents were going to charge but Auction House Scotland achieved a sale, the others did not. I have no qualms about recommending them.

Put in a pre auction offer and it was accepted. Communication was very good and efficient. Everything sorted and I’ve got the keys for the house within two weeks of my offer being accepted.

This company ran an auction with several technical faults took deposit and then persisted to say was not there problem we couldn't bid, your system failed and not the first time, a house sold for 75000 while bidders willing to pay 100000 disgusting behaviours from staff
