As an executor of a will I had a property to sell and didn’t really know where to start, following a very helpful on line chat with an advisor I received a call from Matt and from there the whole process was made very easy for me , the survey and the subsequent house sale was quicker than I could have hoped for and I was hugely impressed by the overall levels of communication and customer service received from Matt and his colleagues George and John of Auction House Scotland . Auction House Review
I initially spoke with Matt. He was helpful, informative and knowledgeable.
George was my contact thereafter organising viewings and negotiating. I received an offer above my reserve price within 4 days of the property being marketed online.
The sale was completed within 3 weeks.
I would definitely recommend Auction House UK

Auctionhouse Scotland masterclass
Auctionhouse Scotland masterclass events are top notch. Especially as they are free. Some of the best speakers from around the Uk come to chat property and then have an open table discussion with them afterwards.
The auctions are also good. I have bought and sold properties through Auctionhouse Scotland and been very happy with the results on all sales/purchases.

He knows the local area like the back of his hand as he has lived there all of his life.
He was professional at all times and wasn't "smarmy and slippery" like some other agents.
He is 100% genuine, and I can not recommend his services highly enough.
