Both times I have used the auction house it’s been a very easy process from start to finish. The staff are all really lovely to deal with and always keep in touch along the process.

The process was very straightforward, Chris Mervyn was very responsive and talked me through the process and responded quickly to any queries.
The property was sold for a great price and it was really helpful to have set timescales and everything happening when it should. Made selling the property a really stress free experience. Also Olivia was great at driving the price up at auction!
