I've been working with Auction House South West now for over a year and Olivia has always gone above and beyond to sell my properties. It's not just about selling properties but more so about customer service, marketing and ensuring the maximum exposure for your properties. Chris has been absolutely brilliant! We had a dreadful experience trying to sell my late brother’s flat through a local estate agent with the buyer pulling out after eight frustrating months.
Chris has found us a buyer within a couple of weeks communicating every step of the way, so refreshing.

Olivia the auctioneer came to value my property she was so positive and enthusiastic, explained everything including all the financial details in a very clear and understandable way. Everything I needed was dealt with from legal recommendation to garden clearance. Advertising was extensive as were the number of viewings both online and in person which resulted in a sale beyond my expectations.
