Although I have purchased properties from Auction house, today was my first time selling through them.

Olivia & her team have been amazing from start to finish. Olivia’s communication has been very professional & prompt regarding any queries that I had, she explained the process from start to finish and guided me through it. The marketing made sure they gained the most interest they could to enable maximising the sale amount.

The team kept me up to date weekly regarding current interest on the lot which was for sale. I would highly recommend buying or selling through them.

I had never sold at auction before and Peter from the South West office was endlessly patient with my many questions. He was always at the end of the phone and I got the impression that he was equally available for prospective buyers. I also appreciated Priscilla's regular updates regarding viewings etc.

Auction House were flexible and accommodating, re-working their schedule to enable me to view a property the day before the auction. It was my first auction experience, but they made the process simple and easy to consume. From the auction itself to the post auction process following my successful bid.

As well as the good people, they make good use of technology. I was able to Download the legal pack via the website prior the the auction, The Online auction was frictionless, and App to validate Identity was simple to use.

Olivia could not have been more helpful and professional, we were kept up to date at all times and she always responded quickly to any questions.
The auction day was explained to us and on the day it all went well and was nice to have a follow-up call to make sure we were happy.

Olivia was excellent through the whole process. Olivia explained the end-end process and associated costs clearly and was easily contactable and responsive throughout the process. Watched the on-line auction as Olivia secured a good price for us. Olivia took stress out of the situation for us.
