Auction house were brilliant!

We found ourselves needing to move quickly as we’d outgrown our home with an extra baby and needed to move before I went back to work.

We had considered using webuyanyhouse but they kept reducing the price they’d pay.

Chris gave us great advice, we dropped the guide price to get some more interest and we ended up £70k better off than using our other options.

Great communication, very pleasant staff, easy to deal with for our first time

I had had issues selling my property through the estate agent. They were brilliant, but I had a buyer who let me down very badly and therefore we wasted over a year waiting for a sale. My estate agent suggested I use auction house south west to sell the property. From the very beginning Chris at the auction house kept me in the loop. Every week I had an email keeping me up to date with viewings and views on Zoopla. The house didn't sell at the first auction, but was entered into the second auction. It sold for a very good price and gave me great piece of mind that it had finally been sold. Highly recommended.
