After a considerable period of frustration going through the conventional sales route, and not receiving decent offers, we contacted Auction House for help, knowing little about auctions. we were helped and advised by Briony Grimshaw, who was very helpful, and kept us fully informed right upto auction day.We really should have gone down this route much earlier, and we ended up with a sale and at a price that we had not expexted.Well done AHWY

James at the Auction House truly exceeded expectations. After struggling to sell my house through a traditional real estate agent, I turned to the auction house, and the results were outstanding. In a surprisingly short time, James managed to successfully sell my property, proving the effectiveness of their approach. His expertise and dedication turned what was once a challenge into a seamless and quick transaction.

Bryony and Stephen were excellent from the Leeds office. I was very nervous selling a property through auction, but they reassured me and walked me through the process. They communicated with me weekly on progress, how many people had requested the pack/ registered to bid, and what I could expect on the day.
I felt that they held my hand throughout and gave solid, honest advice.
On the day, I was able to live stream the auction and if also felt like the auctioneer was doing the very best for the clients, he was trying to get the best price for each property and my property sold for quite a bit more than the guide price. I was over the moon!

Very easy process throughout, James Pank was very approachable, polite and most importantly honest regarding the auction of our flat. It was a difficult one to sell due to issues with the lease, but James guided us through the process and everything went smoothly.
Our contact Stephen was great at keeping us informed about how the pre auction planning was going including arranging viewing days. He then let us know how the viewing had gone and whether there had been interest in the legal pack. On the day of auction James rang and said honestly there had been very little interest and he may need to withdraw the property from the auction, but later that day he rang back to let us know it had sold and a few grand over the reserve.
The whole process was so easy, definitely recommend The Auction House.

Chris and Steve made the whole transition really easy in a very stress full time of our lives,he explained how it would work and the best strategy he thinks would be the best solution to sell our three units.
They even passed on the solicitors who be best in our situation.
We didn't follow the Auction on line but got a phone call from Chris to tell us that all three had been sold at the best price that he could get and what the next step will be.
