Sceptical that this would make a difference

At first I was very sceptical about how Audacious would work for me, as I am very hard of hearing and avoided speaking on the phone. The online test, was very helpful, but I was still unsure of changing to a different provider. However, I was due an upgrade for my phone, so decided to switch to Audacious, in for a penny in for a pound as the saying goes.
I am so glad that I did, the difference in voice clarity is much better and I no longer have to ask the caller to repeat what they say. I now use my mobile more than a land line. I am happy to recommend Audacious to anyone who struggles to understand voices on a phone, it is a life changer.

I can hear men’s voices clearly now.

I’ve only recently, after many years, been able to hear voice phone again, since having a cochlear implant. I still found the sound quality not quite as good as I wanted, with men’s voices especially difficult. Now I have Audacious, that’s no longer a problem. I was delighted to have a conversation with my son in law without saying “What?” once. I’m going to recommend Audacious to everyone I know.

First time contract

I have always had a pay as you go phone so changing to a contract and new SIM was unknown. The Audacious adviser by phone was very helpful and suggested I get help to change the SIM in case I lost my phone numbers. I got help from a high street phone shop who put the new card in but still lost almost all my contacts! Audacious then helped me keep my phone number and that worked fine. I am very happy with the new set up now. All is working well and the sound is very good. I would recommend this company especially if you have hearing loss without hearing aids or can't hear well on the phone with the aids.

However, your account doesn't have a hearing profile applied. To benefit from our Clear Call technology, login to your account and click the “My Sound Check” tab and start the test. After you have completed the test all of your calls will be personalised to your hearing, making them even clearer.

We are currently transitioning the allowances from 500MB to 1GB. The 500MB displayed on your account was allocated on your last billing date. The usage rings in your account are displaying the allowances that will be available to you from 4th February 2020, so when your bill next renews. The rings will only look like this until your allowance refreshes this month. This means that from your next bill you be entitled to 1GB data, 500 minutes and texts.
