Be very careful when using Audi road…
Be very careful when using Audi road help. They do not know what they are doing. They damaged our car more. What should have been a new tire ended up with a new rim and tire.
Bought a new Audi. All good with the buying process, they were very helpful.
After 1 month I got a screw in the tire while driving. I parked immediately at the side of the road and called Audi road help. They came after 45 min and when he arrived there was still some air in the tire. He lifted the car and tried to take out the screw. But the pliers he had was too small so he couldn't. Instead, he screwed it back into the tire! Pulled the car onto his trailer and we drove off to Audi Gladsaxe. At Audi, I went inside and talked to someone at the service department and explained that I probably needed a new tire. While we were talking the guy who had driven me and the car there passed by and casually said, while still walking, "You probably need a new rim". How could he know that now and not while he was talking to me just 5 min before?? Because in the beginning there was no need for a new rim. He had put the car onto his trailer on the screw! So while we drove there the screw had penetrated the rim with repeated hits on the same spot. There was no hole in the rim when I looked at it where I had stopped and now there was a hole through the rim. the next day I spoke to Audi and I said that it should be on our insurance. But the gut told me it was too late, I had to tell him before. Now I understand why, because the insurance company would never accept it. Either there is something wrong with the rim or it was made by Audi road help. We talked to many independent car and rime experts and no one has seen anything like this in their lives. Be very careful when you use Audi road service and do not expect any understanding or help from Gladsaxe. We wanted them to check it the rims where OK but they say that it is not possible.
