Great service and the hearing test was excellent. The knowledge of what they know about hearing is good the all the latest technology is good to know and Donna is excellent.

Excellent experience with Carol- Anne and Theresa, both a credit to Hidden Hearing, Aberdeen. Initial hearing check appointment with Carol-Anne showed ear wax removal required and this was completed by Theresa. Carol-Anne then carried out hearing checks for both wife and I. Very detailed and informative consultation and will both return for another check in 12 months. Highly recommended.

Despite a difficult wax removal , I was kept informed of progress and ultimately the offending wax blockage was removed. Belinda was very patient and careful and I am happy to return next year for hopefully an easier procedure

Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, everything explained and shown on computer. Probably only reason nor 5 star , I think a certain amount of consumables , filters etc should be given for each 12 month period

The was warm and friendly with an offer of tea and coffee.
The examiner was friendly very detailed in history taken
explained what each step was an explained the results. What a great experience in all.

The audiologist Eesaa made me feel comfortable, really listened to me, made small changes to my hearing aids to improve comfort, and gave good advice.
