I have had my hearing aids for several weeks now and the difference it has made is unbelievable I had no idea how bad my hearing was it has changed my life totally Donna was absolutely amazing explaining every step along the way very professional and also caring Heather was very friendly and on hand with coffee I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone

In view of various issues including my age it enabled me to establish what I require at the present time

The most important aspect of hidden hearing is the wonderful staff. Cady has been to our home on a few occasions and impressed us by her friendly manner and excellent knowledge.

I have been supported by Hidden Hearing for many years. They provide an excellent individualised service whether it be through their thorough testing procedures or clear advice on the most suitable hearing aid. Prior to testing the client is informed of the process and then clearly shown the results on screen with comparison with previous tests. Added of course with a very warm welcome and a comfortable environment.

Carol-Anne was so nice and very helpful. She explained everything very clearly. The receptionist ( who's name I can't remember) was also very nice. Such a difference from previous experiences I had when I attended ENT department at hospital a few years ago. I was a bit apprehensive before I went to Hidden Hearing but very glad I went.
