First class. Would recommend to anyone

Trying to get through to them on the phone since the merger of Audika and Hidden Hearing is ridiculous. There are three different numbers - one in the appointment confirmation text and two different ones on the web. Tried all three for total of 45mins on Tuesday afternoon. Almost gave up in the end. No apology for the ridiculous wait time. And then they send me a reminder for the wrong date. Had to call again. Again no apology. Hopefully the actual service will remain as excellent as it was prior to the merger.

Megan is a wonderful person and she did great getting some horrible wax out of my ear. Xx

Had my first appointment for ear wax today at the Altrincham clinic. I was looked after by Megan who was brilliant, knowledgeable and first class in her treatment of me. I’d highly recommend her

Staff were really friendly. I arrived earlier as I misremembered my appointment time and they saw me when i got there.
They were professional and helpful and answered my questions.

I was seen at Guildford on time and Michael carried out an inspection of my ears and thought having a thorough clean would improve my hearing so this has been booked.

I recently had a hearing test and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The gentleman who carried out the test was absolutely fabulous! Professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring.

Although I’m younger than most of his usual clients at 38, he never made me feel any different or out of place. He made me feel completely at home, took the time to explain everything clearly, and offered great advice throughout.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend his services.

Only popped in to check how long I would need to use oil spray in my ears to soften wax. Was offered a check there and then by Megan Welbourne, who was able to perform the wax extraction immediately. Great service and will definitely use again in future if and when the same ear wax problem occurs.

Staff were very friendly and Meg who did my ear wax removal was really helpful. Listened to all of my questions and gave really helpful answers. Would definitely recommend.

So easy to book on line - and appointments available quickly. Lovely service from the practitioner at Ashford (Evegate) and seen on time too. So highly recommend.

I went to Hidden Hearing in severe pain with a suspected ear infection that couldn’t be diagnosed due to a wax block in my ear….
I saw Georgina Bennett, who couldn’t have been more helpful and empathetic.. she went out of her way trying to help me as I was in pain..
Unfortunately it was so bad we couldn’t sort in one appointment so I went back a week later… Georgina even came in earlier for me.. she sorted my ears! And I am very grateful… I highly recommend Georgina and Hidden Hearing for any ear problems you have.
