The hearing test and what was going to happen was explained clearly and concisely by Daniel who was doing the test. The tests done were thorough and any nerves were put at ease. The process couldn’t have gone any better. There was absolutely no ‘hard sell’ to purchase any aids. Will certainly recommend this company.

I have always had very clear and good communications during my appointment time and if anything else at other times. I feel well looked after as per needs.

Arrived a few mins early and was made to feel comfortable. The audiologist introduced himself and explained in plain English what happens during the hearing test and afterwards explained the results clearly
