Joshua made home visits for me and is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. The whole process was fully explained to me and I am delighted with my new hearing aids. The hearing test and follow-up have always been of first-rate service. If I have a problem it is quickly resolved. The technology allows me to hear with ease and I have full control over whether I am using the day-to-day hearing aids in private or public or if I am using the Tv or Bluetooth connectors.

Came in for a free hearing test.Seen almost immediately by Daniel who explained what was going to happen in a straightforward and simple manner.
Felt at ease throughout and received my test results in a graph form. One for each ear. My hearing was slightly less than the norm but for a 70 year old, not bad.Results showed that higher pitched sounds were more difficult for me to hear than lower pitched and that my right ear was slightly worse than my left.
All in all a very useful exercise at no cost. I now have a base-line should I feel any deterioration. In any event I was advised to re-test in 3-5 years.

We were met by a very pleasant person, Mandy, who introduced herself and took my mum into the room where she was to have her ears waxed. My mum is 100 and whilst still very much with it struggles with her hearing. Mandy was kind, sympathetic because mum’s ears were blocked by the wax, very good at explaining things and gentle when using the equipment. She was very good at what she did and was so pleasant throughout and talked to my mum in a lovely way. Cannot fault the whole process. Excellent and would recommend Hidden Hearing without hesitation to others. Wax removal was simple and easy and worked.

The consultant was very professional and Experienced and made the process of choosing new hearing aids effortless and resolved all our questions and concerns

Excellent service and a huge improvement from my NHS hearing aids. Must admit to being a bit sceptical when I first booked the appointment but now so glad that I did. Not only do I have an improvement to my hearing but I can now take part in conversations in crowded rooms as I can hear the person speaking to me not just the noise in the room. One great pleasure is now having my radio on in the car and being able to hear it instead of just the road noise. Must admit that they are not a cheap investment but so far I do feel I have got value for money as they have made such an improvement to my life and being able to take part in it again.

I went to Hidden Hearing in Bolton, had the hearing test and tried Oticon hearing aids. Should have visited years ago. Work & home life vastly improved. I can actually watch TV and hearing the conversations. I had a few queries once I got the hearing aids. The Audiologist Daniel was excellent, talked me through how to sort my issues. My name is Peter Lowe. I recently visited Hidden Hearing in Bolton to have a hearing test as my hearing had deteriorated.
The test was carried out by Daniel who was very professional and explained that my Hearing was as I thought and it could be improved by the use of hearing aids. I was shown how the aids worked and hoe they fitted.
I agreed to go ahead and within 2 weeks I received the hearing aids. They were both set up by Daniel and he explained how they worked.
I have since been back for two more follow up appointments to see how I was managing and everything I asked was explained professionally and explained in layman's term.
I would certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone and would like to thank Daniel and Karen for their Professionallism and Patience. My hearing is now as it should be.
